Dobson Kindergarten is a warm, community-focused place where children learn through play and feel safe to explore, connect, and grow.
We believe play is how young children learn best. Our educators support and extend children’s play to build language, thinking, and confidence. Strong relationships are at the heart of what we do, helping children feel secure and supported as they make friends and learn alongside others.
Families are an important part of the Dobson community. We welcome family involvement and value culture, identity, and the experiences each family brings. We see families as partners in children’s learning and aim to maintain regular, clear communication.
Our educators work as a team and bring a range of experience and qualifications. They continue to learn and reflect on practice so we can provide a high-quality program for every child.
Dobson Kindergarten also values strong community connections. We celebrate diversity, help families connect with local services when needed, and create a supportive network around children and families.
