We see children as capable learners who explore, investigate, and make meaning through play. Our program offers rich learning experiences that support children’s development across thinking, language, movement, social skills, and emotional wellbeing. Children are encouraged to ask questions, try new ideas, be creative, and learn through hands-on exploration.
Our program is flexible and responsive. Educators support children to build confidence and positive learning habits like independence, persistence, resilience, and initiative. Children are also encouraged to have a voice and make choices, so they feel proud of what they can do.
We value strong partnerships with families and the community. Children’s culture, identity, and local connections are welcomed and reflected in the program, alongside respect for Indigenous culture. Diversity is celebrated, helping children develop empathy, kindness, patience, and care for others.
We also support children to care for the environment through sustainable practices and ethical thinking, helping them build awareness of the world around them.
Our educators work closely together and continue to learn, reflect, and improve. We use ongoing professional learning and critical reflection to strengthen teaching practice and create the best possible learning experience for every child.
