As an Early Childhood Cook at our Delahey centre, you’ll prepare nutritious meals and snacks while catering for dietary needs, allergies and individual requirements.
You’ll work closely with educators to support healthy eating, develop seasonal menus, manage kitchen supplies and maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

If you’re ready to take the next step in early childhood leadership, this full-time role gives you the opportunity to shape quality practice across a large, established early learning service. As 2IC and Educational Leader at Alexandra Avenue Children’s Centre, you’ll work alongside the Service Manager to support educators, strengthen curriculum and help create the best possible outcomes for children.
This is an off-the-floor leadership role, giving you dedicated time to mentor educators, guide reflective practice and support high-quality programs aligned with the VEYLDF and National Quality Framework. You’ll also contribute to the day-to-day leadership of the service, continuous improvement, team culture and strong relationships with children and families.
