If you know how to lead leaders, build trust quickly, and drive quality across multiple sites, this role gives you the platform to do it at scale. As an Area Manager at BPA Early Learning, you’ll support a portfolio of kindergartens and centres across Melbourne’s west, guiding teams to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes for children and families.
You’ll be in the field, working closely with Service Leaders to strengthen performance, support compliance, and lift results across operations, people, and enrolments.
