Welcome to Southwold Street Kindergarten which has supported local families for over 40 years. It is a well-known and trusted part of the community, valued for its welcoming atmosphere and strong relationships with families.
Our educators are experienced, caring, and committed to every child’s safety and wellbeing. We focus on creating a calm, secure environment where children feel confident to explore, make friends, and enjoy learning.
As a double-unit kindergarten, Southwold Street offers spacious indoor and outdoor areas. These spaces are designed to encourage play, curiosity, and discovery. Children are given time to follow their interests, revisit ideas, and build skills through hands-on experiences.
We work closely with families and believe learning is strongest when educators and parents work together. Our program is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and reflects best practice in early childhood education.
