Supporting safe, high-quality early learning across all services

At BPA Early Learning, our policies and procedures guide how we operate, support families, and keep children safe across all our services. They reflect our commitment to quality, inclusion, child safety, and compliance with the National Quality Framework.

This page provides access to all key policies that underpin our practice and explain what families, educators, and communities can expect when engaging with BPA Early Learning.

Procedures and supporting documents

To support transparency, we also share selected procedures that explain how BPA Early Learning operates in practice.

Family rights and responsibilities

BPA Early Learning is committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and safe environment for children, families, educators, and staff.

Families are expected to:

  • Treat staff, children, and other families with respect

  • Use appropriate language and behaviour at all times

  • Support a safe and positive environment within services

Bullying, harassment, abuse, discrimination, or behaviour that places others at risk is not acceptable. Where concerns arise, we work respectfully and constructively with families to resolve issues in the best interests of children.
